Service and Diagnostic Plumbers

If you enjoy problem-solving, connecting with homeowners, and walking them through solutions, this path is for you. As one of our Service and Diagnostic Plumbers, you’ll:

• Diagnose problems
• Build options
• Educate customers
• Sell the work

You’ll only complete about 20% of the work you sell—meaning you’re not rushing through installs after a long day of diagnostics. You focus on expert diagnosis and communication, and our Fulfillment team takes care of the heavy lifting.

Fulfillment and Installation Plumbers

If you love hands-on craftsmanship, installing equipment, and seeing a project to completion, this role is for you. As one of our Fulfillment and Installation Plumbers, you’ll:

• Complete the work sold by the Service team
• Work with a dedicated apprentice
• Deliver high-quality installations
• Avoid stressful sales conversations
