Having done business with Tony LaMartina Plumbing Company for decades we have come to believe loyalty pays. Sometimes when it rains it pours, literally. Our sump pump decided it was time to quit and the drain in our furnace room agreed to join the strike. Upon discovering this horrendous situation as well as being mid-evening all I could do was place calls to our insurance company and LaMartina plumbing. Additionally, I looked at websites finding that next-day service would not be an option. Therefore I called promptly at 8 the next morning. Speaking to Matt, our options were to make an appointment for another day or if something short of a miracle would occur he’d call. The planets were aligned allowing Mike one of our favorite plumbers to finish a previous appointment which was proximal to our home to come to our rescue.New sump pump in place and the drain cleared we can get started with the refurbishment of our basement.We are ecstatic that we were able to avoid more damage because LaMartina plumbing came through.
