“A hose bib blew and the repair required replacing old galvanized pipe. Dan responded quickly and explained what repair would entail—more than I had expected but it made sense to replace the ancient pipes. We also had to attend to issues by hot water heater piping that had not been properly executed by another company. These fixes took several visits and I would like to give a shout out to Cameron and Glenn and Austin for their thorough work and courteous approach, and to Dan for following up and doing an extra install that had not been anticipated.
I also appreciated Gabby’s keeping me updated and the prompt responses.
While I hope not to encounter more issues anytime soon I will definitely call Tony LaMartina if I do.”
