The plumber arrived on time in a clean uniform and a clean vehicle. Courteous, respectful of our home, and friendly with our dog. The work was done on time and the work area was cleaned up as expected. Tony LaMartina Plumbing has done other work for us in the past and they remain consistent and trustworthy.
The plumber was courteous, prompt, and professional. He was there to work and get the job done, not try and sell us on additional work or more expensive solutions. His communication with me was outstanding throughout the process. Highly recommend.
I have used them before and have passed them on to friends and family. I was very please with how professional and courtesy everyone is. I also love that if they have an opening or cancellation they call and see if they can get you in earlier.
We have used Tony LaMartina Plumbing on several occasions for the replacement of toilets, plumbing pipes secured in the attic, and new garbage disposal!! Hats off to our plumber Mike Miller who did all of these services and did an EXCELLENT job done!! Keep up the great work and will continue using your services if needed!
I highly recommend Tony LaMartina Plumbing Co. for any plumbing needs. They are very easy to work with, and their service is outstanding. We had an issue with our bathtub/faucet, and our technician was completely professional and a pleasure to work with. We are very satisfied with the service we got, and we will definitely be calling in the future if necessary.
This is a review for their communication only, I have not had service completed (although I will choose them for any future plumbing needs).I’m someone that has gotten screwed by other companies in the past. I know a service/appointment fee is normal for most companies, but you would be surprised by the number of companies I’ve paid for a service then found out they way overcharged me, yet I was stuck using them because I had already paid $100 for a quote and didn’t want to spend another $100 to get a second opinion. I know companies need to be reimbursed for time, energy, and gas for coming out for a quote, but this company trusts that they’ll get the job because their quote is free. And the fact that they know they’re the best, so they CAN give free quotes, says everything about them. The person who came out and checked out my iron stack was extremely honest with me (after another company already wasn’t). They actually told me the work didn’t need to be done and gave me some really awesome professional advice. Their quote was extremely fair, in my opinion. When I do end up replacing it, I will be calling them back. Communication was great, their office person was very sweet (also not common when I’ve called other plumbers). They always answer/call back. This company is highly rated for a reason. Believe the reviews.
Pete really went above and beyond my expectations. He efficiently installed a basement sink and faucet, hauled the old items away, and graciously fixed an additional faucet while there. I always receive cheerful and consistently excellent service from this company.
I have used their services many times and it does not get better than this. Truly prompt, responsive, and professional. I would add friendly, great prices, and honesty. I Will not sell you something you do not need. Call them.
We wound up having Tony LaMartina Plumbing out a couple of times, once for our toilet and once for our tub. Both times I was very happy with the service. The workers were friendly, explained what they were doing, and did a great job. The administrative people are all super nice too. Some things stood out to me: The workers come to the door wearing masks and gloves and put on foot coverings, which was appreciated with COVID-19 going on.- They come in the window given and actually will send a text when they’re on their way. They also had availability on very short notice, which was appreciated. The prices for everything are given right up front. They give you several options, from the most basic to the most involved. I was told what the price would be if something was worse than it first appeared, there was no guessing involved. And I felt zero pressure to do anything I didn’t want to do. Both times were good experiences. I really don’t know why we’d call a different place.
