“I phoned your company earlier today (4/11/24) around 12:45pm and was told I will receive a call back. Around 1pm I received a callback from Matt LaMartina, I explained my situation, which he responded with someone will contact me. At 2:22pm I received a call from Rachel with her saying she will send someone out shortly. I’m not sure of the exact time ( I say around 3:40pm) Peter arrived, he was very courteous and seemed to be thoroughly listening to me. He examined the situation then explained what he would be doing to correct the problem, provided me with the price,I agreed and he proceeded with the job at hand and was finished within thirty minutes. This was the problem. I had a copper pipe slowly dripping water in my bathroom, I sealed it as well as I could, it continued to drip. Peter got to the source of the problem and sealed the pipe completely, although it wasn’t a major problem, thank God, I appreciate the service I received. May God bless your company / (employees) with continued success. Thanks”

The week of March 10th I called Tony LaMartina Plumbing and scheduled a tech to replace my bathroom sink faucet. The dispatcher made an appointment for Friday, March 15th between 8 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. The dispatcher called Friday around 12:15 p.m. and informed me that the tech was on his way. Hours later I called their office around 3:15 p.m. inquiring about the tech’s arrival. The dispatcher apologized for dropping the ball and informed me that tech was on his way. Um, no! I accepted your word 3 hours ago, enough of my Friday wasted. So, we agreed on an appointment for Monday, March 18th 8 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Fast forward, Monday tech arrives looks at the faucet says okay standard job, ask to see main shout off valve just in case. I asked for price he says we have an app that calculates prices. The app calculated a price of $692.44 to replace bathroom sink faucet and I was supplying faucet. Wow!!!!! I told the tech I would not be needing his services, he said then that would be $89 for the service call. Uhm what! After all the inconvenience I had to pay them for absolutely nothing! Okay.
Called another plumbing company after speaking with Tony LaMartina’s customer service to no avail. A new plumbing company scheduled tech arrival for Thursday (today). The new dispatcher gave an hourly rate over the phone $175.00 (Tony LaMartina’s does not give hourly rates at all the app calculates prices). New tech came on time, completed the job in under an hour’s time, and charged $175.00. So Tony LaMartina was charging me $517.44 more, not including the $89 service fee for absolutely nothing. Hope this helps someone!

“I returned home to no running water in any faucets in the whole house. Brad L. came out during a very busy time (deep freeze) to help trouble shoot. He meticulously went through all plumbing systems to be sure they were working properly and to rule things out. He found the problem (main line frozen) He also helped to educate me on preventative measures to take in the future. Highly recommend Brad L. , and this company!”
“Mark W., Amel and Caleb were timely, friendly and very knowledgeble. We had a very crazy problem and after analizing it they got to work. Mark was the leader and constructed the plan. Amel was awesome in working with Mark and Caleb and he too is very smart…(and he can shine copper too!) I could tell Caleb was trying to anticipate what tools were going to be needed so he could have things ready when needed. They worked as a good team and pleasant to be around. It will be very cold this weekend and I am confident that we will not have anymore problems. However, if we do, I know I can call La Martina Plumbing and they will be right out.”

“Peter was able to identify the source of noise coming from our bathroom faucet as well improve some water pressure related issues at our house. We had other plumbers focus solely on water pressure causing the issues with no resolution to the issue, but Peter was also able to identify the faucet stems needing replacement and this in combination with adjusting the water pressure fixed our noisy plumbing issues. I highly recommend Peter.”

Day 3 in the new house and I hooked up the washer to find the faucet leaking from the handle. I erred on the side of caution and called in a professional. Mike came out the next morning, offered the least invasive solution, and walked me through some of the components of my plumbing. Super reasonable price for the work. Will definitely be my first phone call for any plumbing needs.
I just had the 120 years old plumbing system open wall surgery performed by Tony LaMartina, and it was the right decision. The job was finished nicely clean in a prompt manner. Special thanks to Mike Miller and his colleagues for their professionalism. I would recommend Tony LaMartina to anyone with no hesitation for your plumbing jobs, even though you found it to be overwhelming.
Tony LaMartina sent a plumber out to fix a leaky faucet. The faucet did not have a cartridge as it predates that technology. The plumber showed up on time and was very courteous. He explained why it was leaking, how he was going to fix it, but also that the faucet was old enough that it probably didn’t have too many more times that it could be repaired before we’d need to consider replacing it. Also, the price was very reasonable.
Getting the appointment was so smooth. I was set up for an emergency service call and was so pleased to get taken care of quickly. Lorenzo arrived promptly for an 8 o’clock appointment. He was professional yet personable. He got the problem fixed without any hassle. He also gave me a quote on another project that we may consider in the future. I would be extremely proud to have this young man on my team!

I have lived in my house for 2 years now. I have had Tony LaMartina in 4 times to fix 4 different things. Each of the three expert professionals who have come out has been polite, competent, and efficient at working with both my budget and giving the right solution to my problem. When I have a plumbing problem, my only call is to Tony La Martina Plumbing.
They installed a new soil system. They also replaced a countertop and toilet. Did an outstanding job. When finished, everything was left clean. Well worth the money that was spent. I would recommend this company to all.
As usual, LaMartina Plumbing showed up on the date scheduled with a phone call about 30 minutes beforehand notifying me that they dispatched their technician. I also received a text indicating that Lorenzo would be the technician arriving soon. Lorenzo was very professional and friendly and put on his shoe covers before entering our house. Lorenzo went right to work and did a great job in a short period of time. He left the place as clean as he found it. Great job!

Having done business with Tony LaMartina Plumbing Company for decades we have come to believe loyalty pays. Sometimes when it rains it pours, literally. Our sump pump decided it was time to quit and the drain in our furnace room agreed to join the strike. Upon discovering this horrendous situation as well as being mid-evening all I could do was place calls to our insurance company and LaMartina plumbing. Additionally, I looked at websites finding that next-day service would not be an option. Therefore I called promptly at 8 the next morning. Speaking to Matt, our options were to make an appointment for another day or if something short of a miracle would occur he’d call. The planets were aligned allowing Mike one of our favorite plumbers to finish a previous appointment which was proximal to our home to come to our rescue.New sump pump in place and the drain cleared we can get started with the refurbishment of our basement.We are ecstatic that we were able to avoid more damage because LaMartina plumbing came through. They are professionals beyond reproach. Our highest praise to their professional expertise and abilities.
I fully trust and highly recommend Tony LaMartina Plumbing to anyone. I found them here on Yelp when my master bath shower was draining through my kitchen ceiling. I have a newer home, so I considered this a surprise and catastrophe. I messaged the business on Yelp and within an hour they called me, set up an appointment for the following day, and left me feeling like there was hope. The plumber arrived, assessed the work, provided me options including pros/cons, and quoted for each. He also showed me, in writing, the company warranty – 2-year workmanship. It’s standard to have several businesses assess and quote the job, but I felt I could go with Tony LaMartina. So I did. That day.All my interactions (scheduling appointments, questions, etc) have been positive and easy. Even paying is easy. The hourly labor rate fully reflects the level of service, professionalism, and quality that you’ll receive.Since, I’ve had them upgrade my sump pump and will use them again, no hesitation, for any other plumbing needs!
Superb!!! Can’t remember another situation where the services were provided so completely and accurately to satisfy ALL requirements….. even returning to address another problem encountered when performing the initial work. It is obvious that the installation/repair team had the knowledge, skills, and experience to correct the problems encountered with accuracy and efficiency. Undoubtedly we will use these skills again as necessary!
The plumber arrived on time in a clean uniform and a clean vehicle. Courteous, respectful of our home, and friendly with our dog. The work was done on time and the work area was cleaned up as expected. Tony LaMartina Plumbing has done other work for us in the past and they remain consistent and trustworthy.
The plumber was courteous, prompt, and professional. He was there to work and get the job done, not try and sell us on additional work or more expensive solutions. His communication with me was outstanding throughout the process. Highly recommend.
I have used them before and have passed them on to friends and family. I was very please with how professional and courtesy everyone is. I also love that if they have an opening or cancellation they call and see if they can get you in earlier.
We have used Tony LaMartina Plumbing on several occasions for the replacement of toilets, plumbing pipes secured in the attic, and new garbage disposal!! I highly recommend Tony LaMartina Plumbing Co. for any plumbing needs. They are very easy to work with, and their service is outstanding. We had an issue with our bathtub/faucet, and our technician was completely professional and a pleasure to work with. We are very satisfied with the service we got, and we will definitely be calling in the future if necessary.
This is a review for their communication only, I have not had service completed (although I will choose them for any future plumbing needs).I’m someone that has gotten screwed by other companies in the past. I know a service/appointment fee is normal for most companies, but you would be surprised by the number of companies I’ve paid for a service then found out they way overcharged me, yet I was stuck using them because I had already paid $100 for a quote and didn’t want to spend another $100 to get a second opinion. I know companies need to be reimbursed for time, energy, and gas for coming out for a quote, but this company trusts that they’ll get the job because their quote is free. And the fact that they know they’re the best, so they CAN give free quotes, says everything about them. The person who came out and checked out my iron stack was extremely honest with me (after another company already wasn’t). They actually told me the work didn’t need to be done and gave me some really awesome professional advice. Their quote was extremely fair, in my opinion. When I do end up replacing it, I will be calling them back. Communication was great, their office person was very sweet (also not common when I’ve called other plumbers). They always answer/call back. This company is highly rated for a reason. Believe the reviews.
Pete really went above and beyond my expectations. He efficiently installed a basement sink and faucet, hauled the old items away, and graciously fixed an additional faucet while there. I always receive cheerful and consistently excellent service from this company.

We wound up having Tony LaMartina Plumbing out a couple of times, once for our toilet and once for our tub. Both times I was very happy with the service. The workers were friendly, explained what they were doing, and did a great job. The administrative people are all super nice too. Some things stood out to me: The workers come to the door wearing masks and gloves and put on foot coverings, which was appreciated with COVID-19 going on.- They come in the window given and actually will send a text when they’re on their way. They also had availability on very short notice, which was appreciated. The prices for everything are given right up front. They give you several options, from the most basic to the most involved. I was told what the price would be if something was worse than it first appeared, there was no guessing involved. And I felt zero pressure to do anything I didn’t want to do. Both times were good experiences. I really don’t know why we’d call a different place.
They were on time and very informative and explained what happened and how they were going to fix it. They were also very affordable and fit us in the very next day. I was so impressed with them, I had them go to my son’s condo to help him.

We have used them whenever anything breaks in our 107-year-old house. Jim always manages to fix it. This time, we had them install a new sink and water purification system. They did such an outstanding job. My kitchen got the facelift it desperately needed and the sink looks and functions perfectly! We couldn’t be happier and would highly suggest Tony LaMartina Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs, from repairs to new installations.
Mike and Connor did a great job. They were on time, knew what they were doing, cleaned up afterward, and were professionals the whole time. I didn’t compare prices with other plumbers but for what they did, the price seemed fair. I would def use LaMartina again.

Tony LaMartina has been our plumbing company of choice for years. When our water heater went kaput last week, we knew we would buy our new water heater from them, even though it ended up costing a few hundred dollars more than a previous plumber that quoted us their price earlier in the year. We had only used this other firm during a service call when Tony LaMartina wasn’t available on short notice. The bottom line for us is: Quality, customer service, and professionalism are worth the extra cost.
I had a great experience with Tony LaMartina Plumbing Company. I called on a Friday to see if someone could come to fix a broken toilet, and they had availability on Monday (several days sooner than the first plumber I tried). The woman who answered the phone (Lauren) also called me back when she discovered that an earlier time slot became available on Monday to see if I wanted the earlier time instead. She didn’t have to do that, but it was much appreciated and an example of great customer service. I received a text when the technician was on his way, which was great. I never actually met him though since I wasn’t home when he arrived, so the doorman in my building let him in. Some service companies insist that the owner be present for this type of thing, so I was really glad that wasn’t the case here- since my husband and I both work, it’s hard to coordinate a time to be home, and it was great that they could still do the job without us there. The previously broken toilet now works great, and they charged a very fair price for the work. I am very impressed and will definitely be using Tony LaMartina again!
I had a new utility sink and new shut-off valves installed. He arrived at the expected time, he kept me informed of his work. He first had to fix the drain issue with the washing machine since it wasn’t up to code before putting it in the utility sink. I found that he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use this company again and recommend to family/friends.
